 I fly into Malpensa. How can I request your free transport service?
On booking into one of the hotels or B&B facilities on our circuit, always ask for a Road to Wellness room. When you book this type of room, hotel staff will ask for your time and place of arrival in order to organize your airport Pick-Up service. On your arrival, you will find our customized vehicle already waiting to take you to your hotel.

During the weekend, I wish to take part in the excursion to Lake Maggiore on board of a private boat. How can I book it?
When you arrive at the hotel, ask the hotel staff to book this excursion for you and your family. Our customized vehicle will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the departure point, where you will be able to purchase your ticket directly at the price of 20.00 Euros per person. 

Are you available to host large groups?
Yes, if you are part of a group wishing to experience a Road to Wellness holiday, contact us at the email rtw@roadtowellness.eu and we will forward you our best offers.

Are there any bicycle repair shops for standard bikes along the way?
Of course. We have an agreement with a center in Ispra "La Bottega del Romeo", piazza San Martino 63. There is also a center in Cassano Magnago: "Ecoway HT", in via E. De Amicis 4.

So, once we get to the hotel, will there be a bicycle for each one of us, included in the price?
Precisely! You will find a RTW bike waiting for you, one for each person, ready to hit the road.

Ok, so you take the suitcases, but is every single hotel structure connected to the others by bike routes?
Of course. The bike routes criss-cross, connecting all the hotels. To find a list of RTW hotels go to the "hospitality" section of the website.

There are children with us, are there any routes they can take? And RTW bicycles their size?
All routes are divided by skill level: easy, average, hard. We recommend you choose a route covering the first two levels. Our smallest bicycles are suitable for 13-year-olds, if you have smaller children traveling with you, you can rent a "trolley" or carrier. Where can I find a list of bicycle shops if I should have mechanical problems?
